At Play Station Exclusion we take it as a responsibility even after delivery to take care of our clients. We offer our clients with service such as: 

  1. Major repair of iphones or mac book in case they encounter some software problems .
  2. Total replacement of gadget if it gets bad within four months after delivery
  3. Complete refund of money if package gets damaged upon delivery or upon arrival even in cases where the package arrives but doesn’t fully functions as expected  within the first four months after delivery. However this refund is done only upon request by our client which usually take a period of 30 days.

The gadget you purchase that has issues

Follow the following steps before sending your refurbished / pre-owned device for repair. If the device does not power on, follow the steps as much as possible.

 

  1. Contact the preownidgadgets support to get a repair authorization
  2. Fill out the Service Order Form on this page
  3. Erase your device. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. If asked, enter your passcode and Apple ID password. If you can’t erase your device because it won’t power on or isn’t responding, you can erase it from iCloud.com. Learn how.
  4. Make sure that Activation Lock is disabled.
  5. Remove any SIM card, case, or screen protector from your device and keep your cable and charger.

Now your device is ready to send. If you arranged a repair request, you should have received instructions for how to mail in your device. If you didn’t get instructions or you haven’t set up a repair request, contact preownidgadgets Support.
